Runs first aid trainings for volunteers, primarily dungeon monitors, and checks and maintains first aid equipment throughout the clubhouse.

In charge of finding doorkeepers, training them, and creating shift schedules for them.
Eila (she/her)
Oversees Threshold's communication to members and the general public. Coordinates official messaging through social media, newsletter, calendar, design, publicity and community outreach.
Kitt (They/TheM)
Manages and oversees content produced for publications or websites, including reviewing articles and photographs, developing strategies and style guidelines.
Silver Tongue (he/him)
Manages web pages, sites and applications. Coordinates the design, development, deployment and maintenance of online presence.
Little Miss Liv (she/her)
Responsible for managing the Discord server, including moderation, back-end services, and member engagement initiatives.
Leads graphic arts aspects of the club: signs, posters, social media graphics, website appearance, logos, fonts, and symbols.
Works with the board and social media managers to create and implement promotional content, event notifications, brochures, and flyers.

Manages party hosts, schedules parties, gathers theme requests from the community, and trains new party hosts.
Vixen (she/her)
Finds instructors for teaching classes and schedules classes, especially those associated with themed parties.
IMPERATRIX NOX (she/her)
Finds experienced bootblacks for events and manages their shift scheduling.

Reaches out to vendors for selling at events, matching communities to makers of their favorite toys and gear.
Mr.Mike (he/him)
Manages member database, maintains private information, and leads new member orientations.
Cliff Jump (he/him)
Recruits and manages volunteers, delegates responsibilities, and trains people for future positions.
Hermes (they/them)
Facilitates DEI team discussions and meetings to make Threshold an inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible space.
Rock (they/them)
Ensures the space and events are accessible to all members of the community.
Drafts important internal announcements including election notices, bylaw awareness descriptions, and polls.
Fosters partnerships with other organizations, working with education, party host, and vendor coordinators.
Beetle (they/them)
Manages the library of kink books, upholding kink history for posterity.
LADY Solaris (she/her)
Enforces Robert's Rules of Order at monthly Meetings of Members to ensure smooth proceedings.
